TradeAdWatchLocal trade ads and lead costs

Sample data. Advertisers on this site are invented. Lead-cost figures cite published research and are marked when they are estimates. A live Meta Ad Library import is not connected.

About

TradeAdWatch is for the person who writes the check for ads at a roofing company, an HVAC shop, a plumbing outfit, or a similar trade. It answers two plain questions: which offers are still running, and what a lead costs before you copy one.

The ad rows you can click today are samples. The company names are invented. They are here so the tracker has a shape on day one. A later file, data/ads.live.json, can hold real records mapped from the Meta Ad Library or Google’s Ads Transparency Center. This site does not call those services for you.

The lead-cost index is different. Where a 2025 study published a median, we print that median and link the source. Where a platform does not publish a price, we either show a cited range or we leave the cell blank. City columns are planning factors, and the page says so.

We do not sell homeowner leads. We do not run your Google account. A sponsor can buy a labeled mention. A sponsor cannot buy a different number.

Read the methodology before you take a figure into a budget meeting. Then run your own ticket through the calculator.

The monthly note

Which offers are still running, and whether the lead-cost anchors moved. Written for an owner or the person who buys their ads.

One email a month. No daily drip. Demo mode stores the address locally until a Brevo key is set.
