Maintenance plan ads for hvac
A plan ad is selling next year’s visits, not today’s repair. Shops that keep these up care about the route and the membership more than a one-time ticket.
Look at the monthly price and what the visit includes. A plan that has run since last summer is a stronger signal than a tune-up launched for the first hot week.

Charlotte maintenance plan: a cooling visit and a heating visit, priority scheduling, and the repair discount in writing. Members book first when the route is full.

Write down two tickets before you buy: the cash you actually collect on a tune-up visit, and the average replacement. The ad can say $59 while the visit collects more in filters, capacitors, and the maintenance plan. Put the real average in the calculator. A tune-up that loses money on the day can still be worth it if the plan or the change-out is real. If those never happen, the tune-up is just a cheap lead that isn’t cheap.
