Free storm inspection ads for roofing
The inspection offer is how roofers get on the roof without asking for a price. Shops that keep it up for a season are usually set up to photograph soft metals, talk to adjusters, and walk away when there is no damage.
Watch how specific the ad is about the last storm. Vague “free roof check” copy that never names a city tends to die. The ones that stay up name the metro and what the crew will look at.
Longest sample in this offer: 564 days, Redbird Roofing on Meta. That shop name is invented.
Dallas–Fort Worth. We look at the soft metals and the south slope. If there is no damage, we say so. If there is, we photograph it before anyone talks about a claim.

Free inspection along the Front Range. A lot of “damage” is just a tired roof. We would rather say that on the driveway than sell a roof you do not need.

Separate storm repairs from full replacements before you copy a cost-per-lead number. The LocaliQ median is a blended search lead. An insurance-help lead and a $1,000-off replacement lead do not close the same, and they should not share a budget. If you buy shared marketplace leads, divide the sticker price by your real close rate before you call it cheap.
