Quarterly plan ads for pest control
The quarterly plan is the ad pest companies can afford to run in January. It is a subscription with a truck route, and the shops that keep it up have usually priced the initial visit as a cost of the agreement.
The monthly price in the ad is the whole offer. If it has been unchanged for a year, they have probably stopped tinkering and started routing.
Longest sample in this offer: 608 days, Palmetto Pest on Meta. That shop name is invented.
Tampa Bay homes. Four exterior visits, interior on request, and fire ants included. The first visit is the heavier one. Month-to-month after the first quarter.

Chicago bungalows and two-flats. Quarterly service with a fall visit aimed at mice: door sweeps, garage gaps, and bait where it belongs. Not a fogger in the kitchen.

Judge a pest lead against the value of the agreement, not the first spray. If you only sell one-time jobs, most published home-services lead prices will look too high, and they are. If the plan sticks, you can pay more for the first lead than the first visit is worth.
