Plumbing leads cost less than roofing leads, and the tickets are smaller, so a $40 lead can still be a bad buy if it is a shared lead for a $150 clog. Emergency ads and drain specials do not behave the same. Don’t average them in your head.
Speed is the product on emergency work. A lead you return in twenty minutes and a lead you return tomorrow are not the same close rate, even if you paid the same price. For drain specials, know your average ticket after the camera and the real repair, not the $99 on the ad.
